Many scientists have argued that drinking two litres of water a day can help to prevent the onset of premature aging and stop the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles from appearing.  In addition to this it provides a detox for your skin and body.  By drinking water your skin will appear clearer and can assist in prevent spots and blemishes.  Water helps to flush out all of the toxins which are in your body and add a glow to your skin. 

In addition to this you should always follow the simple steps of cleanse, tone and moisturise.  You should cleanse your skin twice daily to remove your make up and any dirt that might have collected on the skin. Following this, apply toner and a good quality moisturiser to your face can ensure that the skin does not become dehydrated and dry during the course of the day.  Moisturisers can also help to prevent signs of aging and maintain a healthy, young looking skin. 

At night, you should also apply a night time moisturiser before you go to bed. This can help your skin to rejuvenate and repair itself whilst you sleep.
